All employees whose work affects, manages and validates product and manufacturing conditions,

• To make work more efficient and effective,
• To provide a healthy and safe environment,
• To reduce work accidents and occupational diseases,
• Informing employees about their legal rights and responsibilities,
• To teach the occupational risks faced by the employees and the precautions to be taken against these risks,
• In order to raise awareness of Occupational Health and Safety, activities are planned to identify training needs, create a system and to apply them periodically, and the effectiveness of these trainings received inside and outside of the company are evaluated.
